Return Policy

Any Mohar Jewels, piece is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your jewels must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and it must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns that meet these requirements are entitled to either an exchange or credit note.

Damages/Faulty Issues

In the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please write to us immediately at info@moharjewels.com. We request you to please report such incidents within 48 hours of receipt. We will not be liable for any damage to jewellery that is communicated to us after the said period has lapsed.

Mohar Jewels will be responsible to repair/replace any item that has been received damaged/faulty but please inform such incidents within 48 hours of receipt.

Non – Returnable Exceptions
Please make note that there are some non – returnable exceptions at Mohar such as special custom orders and also returns on gift cards. If you would like to contact us for any queries about the specific item you purchased, please contact us by email at info@moharjewels.com.

Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, jewellery may be exchanged within 30 days from the date the jewellery is received. To be eligible for an exchange, your jewels must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and it must be accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned, a little deduction will be applied. 

Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. In order to assess refunds, please email info@moharjewels.com. On receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved & the value of the same. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Also, kindly note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
